Charles co-founded Careline in 1997 with a vision to create a contact centre business that embodied his commitment to people oriented, results focused customer management; a vision refined by his experiences managing businesses - on both sides of the Atlantic - that depended on contact centres as primary sales channels. Firmly committed to involved leadership, he is ultimately responsible for the development of Careline and its people and engages closely with clients, meeting with them regularly and directly managing the team of Client Directors. In this way he ensures that Careline's strategic business decisions are taken quickly and are dictated by our clients' best interests.
Before creating Careline, Charles achieved a 4 year turnaround of a direct marketing production company, taking it from heavy losses to profitability, merging with a competitor and, ultimately, selling the combined business to a larger buyer. He previously held marketing, sales and development roles with US based software companies including Wang, Compuserve and CCA where, as venture manager, he was responsible for the development of an early and innovative contact management system for sales environments.
Charles has a BSc in business administration and engineering from Boston University and an MBA from the Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania.

has 20 years of domestic and international experience in outsourcing, 9 years of which have been in various leadership roles within this company. Bryce brings in-depth knowledge and expertise in contact center planning, implementation, and process
quality improvements. Prior to his position as Head of Global Sales, Bryce oversaw HGS operations in Manila. He has previously held positions in outsourcing/BPO organizations overseeing a wide variety of Fortune 100 and Fortune 500 clients in financial services,
telecommunications, TV/satellite, shipping, logistics, and the healthcare industries. Bryce has earned degrees from Utah Valley University and the University of Utah, and is a member of the International Society for Training and Development (ISTD) and
International Association for Outsourcing Professionals (IAOP).

Joy Padlan, the Vice President – International Operations for HGS Philippines
Joy Padlan, the Vice President – International Operations for HGS Philippines, has close to 25 years of overall professional experience, 16 years of which are in customer service operations in HGS. She was involved in the setup and expansion work covering business process mapping, organizational design, workforce profiling and recruitment, infrastructure planning and contractual and account management in HGS Philippines. She has extensive operations management experience handling multiple international and US-based processes in HGS, in diverse verticals such as utility services, logistics and transport, technical helpdesk support, consumer retail, financial and credit card services, pharmaceutical services and healthcare. Prior to joining HGS, Joy has also worked in the domains of public relations, retail management and marketing.
Joy attended the Executive Development Program at the Asian Institute of Management and holds a Bachelor degree in Broadcast Communication from the University of the Philippines where she graduated cum laude.

B N Narasimha Murthy is responsible for our U.S. geography and has been a key member of HGS’ Global Leadership team for the past 9 years. During his time with HGS Murthy has held a number of roles including Business Development, Business Transition, Delivery and Planning. In a career spanning 18 years,Murthy has been associated with organizations like Datapro, GTL, PCL, and Larsen & Toubro. He has been instrumental in successfully transitioning complex off shore projects in Telecom and Health care to India. Murthy is a Bachelor of Technology from the Indian Institute of Technology Chennai and a post-graduate from the Indian Institute of Management (IIM), Kolkata.

Pushkar heads our operations in the Philippines. He has been with the Hinduja Group for 10 years in various capacities and functions, including Investment Banking, Project Management, Business Planning & Development, and Corporate Finance. Pushkar specializes in Project Planning and Implementation. Prior to taking up his current responsibility of managing and leading our Manila center, Pushkar was the CEO of Hinduja Global's Media Commerce and E-Commerce businesses in India. He has over 19 years of experience, and has had distinguished stints with India's leading Investment Banking company, SBI Capital Markets, and with Larsen & Toubro, India's leading engineering company. Pushkar is a B. Tech in Mechanical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT), Kanpur, and an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management (IIM), Ahmedabad.

Ramesh has 20 years of work experience with significant
experience in research, healthcare and outsourcing.
Ramesh has experience in client services, transition
management and operations with direct P&L and
organizational building responsibility during his previous
assignments. He has been responsible for consulting to and operational management of US Hospitals' Business Offices with the objective of improving
net revenue and accelerating cash flows.
Prior to HGS, Ramesh worked with Accenture, Deloitte Consulting, and
Infosys BPO. He joins us from Gridstone Research where he was co-founder and
country head for India.
Ramesh has a Bachelors degree in Engineering from the Indian School of Mines,
Dhanbad, and an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad. He is a
CFA charter holder awarded by the CFA Institute, USA.
Ross Beattie

Ross Beattie – OLS - Canada
Ross has over 30 years experience in the Technology Sectors. As a Senior Account Manager at Digital Equipment he assisted the hardware giant to multiply sales six-fold to blue chip accounts such as Michelin Tire, Pratt & Whitney and Litton Systems. Ross's entrepreneurial spirit led him to a number of start-up opportunities. These skills and the reputation he gained through these experiences brought him to the President's chair at ITI (Information Technology Institute).
In April 2000, Ross led an investment group that purchased OLS, where he led the company to grow from a 20 person, 1 site operation to its current size of 10 sites with over 2000 employees.
OLS has an enviable position in the market place, and is constantly ranked among the top 2 suppliers for their clients.
Ross's passion is partnership. His engaging, entrepreneurial spirit encourages OLS's internal staff and external partners to promote a business culture built on his own values, of honesty, fairness and integrity.

Sridhar Krishnamurthy - India – Domestic Business & Strategic Initiatives
As the Global Head of Strategic Initiatives, Sridhar is
responsible for M&A Integration and the rollout of New
Strategic Initiatives for the Company. In addition to this role,
Sridhar heads the Domestic Operations and Business
Development functions for the India geography. Sridhar has over 22 years of experience in back-office operations and BPO, working with clients both in the Indian
and International markets, on processes across banking,
financial services, and telecom and insurance domains.
He
has extensive experience in startups, creating infrastructure and teams to
manage complex processes. Sridhar has a comprehensive understanding of
technology, process migration, staffing & training, quality of delivery, project
management, and infrastructure requirements relating back offices operations
Prior to HGS, Sridhar was the Head of Global BPO operations at 3I Infotech Ltd with BPO operations in India, US, China and Africa. Earlier to this, Sridhar was the Head of BPO at Mastek Lt, where he set up and built Mastek's BPO practice. He
has worked as a Director with EMR Technology Ventures Pvt Ltd and AR Credit
Information Services Pvt Ltd., organizations which deliver BPO services in the
international and domestic market.
He is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and holds a
Bachelor's degree in Zoology from Delhi University.

Subhankar Ghosh

Subhankar Ghosh is the head of HGS Europe, responsible for leading the company's European business and operations. Prior to 2009, he was managing the integration of an acquisition of over 1500 employees in USA. He is a leader with constant focus on deriving maximum synergies from the acquisitions across the geographies. Having joined HGS in 2003, Subhankar has led HGS's network of business process outsourcing of large delivery centers in Bangalore, India and Toronto, Canada and has managed several leadership initiatives in various geographies. Before joining HGS, Subhankar has worked for 16 years in HCL Ltd and Tata-Unisys Ltd. He has an extensive domain experience across Business Development and Global Service Delivery and has a substantial experience with Start-ups. He is a graduate in Computer Science and holds a Masters degree in Business Administration from Institute of Technology and Management, Mumbai. He is based out of London.

Tina Carlson, Senior Vice President - Service Delivery, USA, has literally risen through the ranks of operations at HGS. With more than 20 years of valuable first-hand HGS experience, she leads the operations team by driving productivity, efficiency, and quality in every customer interaction. Tina spear-headed the effort in attaining HGS' first COPC certification, and became a certified COPC Coordinator. Her current position as the Head of Operations for US includes responsibility for HGS' five North American contact centers and its fulfillment center.
Tina earned an undergraduate degree from Western Illinois University.
