Business Excellence – The DNA of HGS

HGS is part of a multi-billion dollar conglomerate and an organization that is truly global with centers in North America, Europe, Mauritius, Philippines, and India. With a footprint as comprehensive as this, it is imperative that HGS has a robust excellence framework. The HGS Business Excellence framework has been evolved on a foundation of the fundamentals of Quality Assurance, Quality Control, and Quality Improvement. Under Quality Assurance, we have the Organization Capability Group and the Compliance and Audits Group. Under Quality Control, we have the Operations Quality Group, the Transitions Quality Group, and the Support Functions Quality Group. Continual Improvement Group falls under Quality Improvement. Sub-functions, initiatives, methodologies,internal & external audits, Knowledge Management platforms, and models that constitute the Business Excellence Framework ensure that HGS goes that extra mile to provide customer delight.

HGS is known for its customer focus, staff commitment, process orientation, systematic management, continuous improvement, fact-based decision making and mutually beneficial relationships with its clients.
